Van Morrison: Moondance (1970)

Produced by Van Morrison

Many years ago I saw this movie called The Royal Tenenbaums. And at the end of the movie the song Everyone came up and I loved it. I searched the artist and I bought the song. Today I got curious and wanted to listen to the whole album.

Moondance released in 1970 is the third album by Morrison. I can’t say much about the artist because this is the first time I have listened to a whole album. I can say that this album is very good. As a fan of singer-songwriters, Morrison fits in perfectly into such a category of artist.

The songs are melodic and range from pop to ballads. Based on what I read, he was just like Springsteen when he released Born to Run, after the failure of the previous record, Morrison needed this album to succeed and I believe he did.

I think is a good album to at least hear one time, it has good music in it.
